Heating and cooling system
The housing units will be characterized by a underfloor heating and cooling system, powered by a centralized HEAT PUMP system with autonomous heat metering.
Floor heating and cooling is provided in all private living rooms. In the bathrooms for the integration of the heating, will be installed a heated towel steel.
It is known that a underfloor heating and cooling system ensures a homogeneous distribution of heat, therefore high well-being in the environment thanks to the reduction of convective air motions.
It allows a greater perceived comfort with a lower temperature, significantly reducing consumption compared to a traditional system and leaves a lot of freedom in furnishing the rooms, freeing the walls from the radiators.
Solar system
A large part of the domestic sanitary water heating needs is met by a solar system, energy produced by the sun or by the diffused light present even when the sky is covered, the only inexhaustible source.
The plant is installed on the slopes exposed to the south in order to obtain the maximum yield possible.
Video surveillance system
